Sunsail Yacht Launch
Will Ross, May 11, 2011
This season sees the launch of a new fleet of performance yachts into the European Racing scene. Sunsail have released 42 of their new F40 range to establish a firmer foothold in European racing circuits and the emerging novice market. Together the 42 yachts make up the world’s largest matched charter fleet.
Modelled on the Beneteau First 40, the F40 develops this racing pedigree by meeting the demands of both racing and cruising. Garmin were called onboard to integrate some of their latest marine products including the GPS750, GHP 12 autopilot and others. Their new Fish Finding Bluechart f2 vision is well-worth having a look at.
Sunsail yachts are available to charter in numerous regions around the world including the Indian Ocean, Caribbean and Mediterranean. Their charter search panel ( top right here) allows you to choose a destination, number of passengers and a proposed duration for your voyage.
As one of the cleanest ways touring, yachts like the F40s present further options in responsible adventure travel.
