One&Only owner Kerzner International opened their first property under the SIRO Hotels brand in February. The first hotel is in Dubai, a case study for SIRO’s concept themed which prioritises health. Bedrooms

Launch campaign principles such as “Live Without Compromise” have been admirably fulfilled in the form of fitness-orientated bedrooms, all with ample floorspace. Bedrooms come with recovery and stretching equipment as standard including a stretch/pull-up bar. Premium Fitness Suites and Recovery Suites include an elevated emphasis, including a therapy bed, private gym with weights and cardio equipment.

Fitness & Training

Venture beyond your bedroom to use the comprehensive facilities at the industry-leading hotel gym – The Fitness Lab. As well as having cages, cardio equipment, a sprint zone and modern pieces of kit like sleds, The Fitness Lab also host High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), group cycling, yoga and pilates classes.

Recovery Lab

Located on the 31st floor, the Recovery Lab focuses on rejuvenation including yoga, mediation and breath work. Rooms are dedicated to percussion therapy, IV therapy, cryotherapy, cupping, dry needling and assisted stretching. The Recovery Lab spa facilities have separate male and female-only zones, each with expansive changing facilities, infrared saunas, steam rooms, thermo-regulated cold plunge pools, relaxation areas, and zen spaces.

Pair this with Refuel Bar – a vibrant grab-and-go concept, serving as a hub for both hotel residents and Fitness Lab members. Expect healthy snacks, smoothies and juices.

Available to residents of Dubai, SIRO One Za’abeel also offers a monthly membership which grant access to the Fitness and Recovery Labs as well as hydrotherapy facilities and 50 studio classes per week.
