There’s no doubt that this must be the most connected athletics track in the UK. Wedged between the M40 and the M4 hardly a mile from the A404, Wycombe District Athletics Complex at Little Marlow works well for a whole number of commuters. The drop-in rate is £5 with an option to pay £80 for the year and have your own access via a key fob.

Near to the track is Coopers Roastery, an excellent place to catch refreshments after a workout, and at the end of the same lane as the running track, Westhorpe Lake is open for swimmers in the summer.
